Our office and warehouse are open 7:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday.

Can I buy directly from you?
Toolware Sales is a trade-only wholesaler. We do not sell to the general public. To place orders directly with us, you’ll need to open a credit account. To set up an account, please email accounts@toolware.co.nz

What are your opening hours?
Our office and warehouse are open:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
How do I create an account with you?
Please complete and sign our Customer Credit Account Application and email it to accounts@toolware.co.nz. Once we receive your application, we will review it and respond with approval within 7 business days.
How can I check the status of my order or get an estimated delivery date?
Contact our customer service team with your order number. We can provide tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
How much is freight for my order?
Freight costs depend on the size of your order and delivery location. Free shipping applies for orders over $350 (excl. GST). Please contact our customer service team or view freight pricing HERE.
Can you deliver directly to my customer?
No - we currently do not offer direct-to-customer delivery.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes - collection is available from our warehouse at: 1st Roller Collection Door, 3 Stonedon Drive, East Tamaki. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I get a copy of my invoice, packing slip, or proof of delivery?
Yes - contact our customer service team with your order number, and we can provide a copy of your invoice, packing slip, or proof of delivery.
How can I change my delivery address?
If your delivery address has changed or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at accounts@toolware.co.nz and provide your account number along with your new delivery address so we can update your store details.
