General
Toolware Sales is a wholesale distributor of quality trade tools and does not sell to the general public. To place orders directly with us, you must have a credit account. If you’re a genuine reseller and would like to set up an account, please email aaron@toolware.co.nz
Our products are available through our network of stockists, including major trade merchants and retail chains such as Bunnings, Mitre 10, PlaceMakers, ITM, and more. Click HERE to see our full list of stockists. If you can’t find the product you’re looking for, please contact our customer service team.

Our office and warehouse are open:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
If you’re a genuine reseller and would like to set up an account, please email aaron@toolware.co.nz to request an account application form. Complete the form and return it to us. Once received, we will review your application and respond as soon as we can.

Shipping & Collection

Yes – collection is available from our warehouse at: 1st Roller Collection Door, 3 Stonedon Drive, East Tamaki. Please allow one hour from placing your order before collecting.
Yes – contact our customer service team with your order number, and we can provide a copy of your invoice, packing slip, or proof of delivery. Email info@toolware.co.nz or call 09 579 8080.
If your delivery address has changed or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at accounts@toolware.co.nz and provide your account number along with your new delivery address so we can update your store details.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
To return a faulty product, send the item back to us along with a copy of the invoice. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced.
If your delivery arrives damaged, contact our customer service team as soon as possible to claim a credit or replacement. Email info@toolware.co.nz or call 09 579 8080.

Yes – excess stock can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please include the quotation, packing slip number, or invoice number. A restocking fee may apply, so contact your Sales Representative for confirmation.
A service charge to cover administration and handling costs may apply and is typically 15% of the price of the goods returned, unless expressly waived by the Company.
All goods can be returned with prior agreement from Toolware, provided they are in good order and condition and suitable for resale.
All items sold by Toolware are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. Toolware reserves the right to repair or replace any item at its discretion.
To make a warranty claim, return the item(s) along with a receipt, packing slip number, or invoice number. You can also provide these details to your Sales Representative to arrange the return.

If you have a credit account with us, you can apply for online access HERE. Once submitted, we will respond within 1-3 business days.

Yes - once logged in, you can add products to your favourites for easy re-ordering by clicking the heart icon. You can access your favourite list under Account > Favourite Products.
To update your account details or web login email address, please contact info@toolware.co.nz with the changes you would like made.
